Nixi Schroeder is a poet, student, truck stop connoisseur, and guinea pig enthusiast hailing from Kirksville Missouri (just north of nowhere). She is currently earning Masters degrees in English and Education and looks forwards to living somewhere other than Kirksville, MO in the distant future.
