In the first minute Roland Sallai pushes into the box as he strikes from the left side looking to capitalize however. Manuel Neuer was there to make an impressive save. Germany would hit back with an early response just a few minutes later. in the 5th minute coming off a corner delivered in from Joshua Kimmich he finds Kai Havertz as the Arsenal forward pulls up from outside the box but Gulácsi Is there as he gets his hands on it. Germany slowly started to pick up momentum in the 11th minute Antonio rudiger and Kai Havertz connect as Havertz this time tries to make it work from the right side of the box with the results would be the same as Gulácsi is there to deal with it. immediately afterwards Toni Kroos sends a cross into the box for Robert Andrich However, his attempted strike clashes against the Hungarian defense. In the 22nd minute There is traffic in the box. the ball falls right in front of the goalkeeper lIkay Gündogan spins the ball out of the goalkeeper's reach then dumped it off to Jamal Musiala as he takes a one touch finish into the top left corner after slightly deflecting off of the defender on its way in. Germany take a 1-0 lead as Jamal Musiala makes it two goals from two as he has emerged once again as a superstar on the big stage. Hungary in a little bit of a predicament now. Very well knowing the consequences of possibly missing the mark against the hosts. they didn't have that much of the ball but when they did Dominik Szoboszlai was the one they looked to make the difference. In the 26th minute, the Liverpool star strikes a curler from distance. Manuel Neuer makes the big time. save it re-enters play at the feet of Barnabás Varga as he tries to squeak it into the bottom left corner to grab an equalizer, but Manuel Neuer extends making a fingertip save at the bottom left corner to rescue Germany from the situation. The hungarians persisted trying to hold on to the momentum as long as they can before Germany get comfortable again. In the 29th minute Dominik Szoboszlai drags an effort from the left side as it is blocked by Jonathan Tah. Hungary would come forward again a moment later as Bendegúz Bolla stretches his range trailing off target from distance. as the first half started to come to a close, Germany started picking it up as they posed a real threat to the Hungarians in the last few minutes. Germany seems to be in cruise control. desperately searching for a second. The first half would come to a close with the Germany holding a 1-0 lead. Thanks to a sweet strike from Jamal Musiala.

Hungary did have some particular moments. there's no question about it. They were on the verge of possibly breaking in to the deficit a few different times. however, Germany have them right where they want them. At the end of that first half they took a tighter grip on their control and we're opening Pandora's box The Hungarian area thankfully for Hungary, Germany couldn't cash in a second time. it feels like it's a matter of time before they put an Explanation-Point on this performance. Germany had an aggressive streak to start the second half almost immediately. In the 46th the minute Champions League winner. Antonio Rudiger floated his touch from distance before it is blocked by the Hungarian defense. Germany dominating the ball and moving it from player to player. Germany with a dazzling performance once again. they may not have been able to produce the number of goals they did last Friday night. however, they still appear to be incredibly sharp in an incredibly effective performance as we shouldn't expect anything less from the Germans. Jamal Musiala we'll steal the headlines again with another goal and another fantastic Performance. The Bayern Munich Talent has played the best football of his career under Julian Nagelsmann. Thomas Tuchel truly couldn't get the best out of him. in some regards held him back from being the Superstar that he is. we have seen on the big stage of massive of a talent and the skills that he possesses. Wirtz and Musiala are in a class almost exclusively by themselves in terms of talent and what they can bring to the table. considering we're going to see this combo for the next decade, it's a very scary idea. even with the other pieces getting older. those two in the middle are terrifying. Wirtz may not have stood out but still fairly effective. once again, I noticed the German Duo looking for each other on the pitch at all times. knowing where one another is. These two want to flow at a high level and be able to take advantage of the special Duo that they can create with German. everyone though did their part. every single player on Germany had above a 7.3 match rating. Only one player from their starting 11 missed out on that and it was barely. however, even though the headlines will go with Jamal I thought particularly Ilkay Gündogan was absolutely world class. On the opening goal he did some mastery on the assist. then on the second goal he's the one that put it in the back of the net. everyone deserves a mention because that's how effective they were however Maximilian Mittelstädt was an absolute boss on the left side. A perfect ball for the second goal and played his role incredibly well. collectively Germany just dominated in a lot of ways. They were a finely tuned machine and they're going to be a nightmare to play against in The knockout rounds at their tournament in their house as good as they have been as consistently. good as they have been and have strong and as deep as they are. they are the team to beat until further notice because they have put together two consecutive strong performances in their own backyard. frustrating. They were opponents to no avail. Hungary in all likelihood, we'll find it difficult to make the knockout rounds. Switzerland sits Second in the group with four points. a victory against Scotland in the last match day of this group could give themselves a chance to possibly finish as a third-place team heading into the knockout stage. They would probably have to beat Scotland by two goals or more to do this because I'm sure there's going to be some teams that finish third that have more than three points. it's all going to depend on everyone else, but if they beat Scotland, they give themselves at least a small chance to make the knockout rounds. They played well for the most part. At times I had a bit of pressure being issued on Germany, but in the end ultimately, they were just overmatched by Germany and couldn't break through when they needed to. hungry is more than capable of possibly beating. got left but it's going to be tough for them now. Germany are into The knockout rounds with another impressive Performance in Stuttgart.
