Why?
We are looking for writers to share content focused on football. Publishing in The Football Hub enables you to reach a broader audience and earn money through the Medium Partner Program. You also remain the only owner of your work, in accordance with the Medium Terms of Service that you agree to when establishing a Medium account.
Share your stories directly to the football fans that follow The Football Hub. It’s much easier to read content directly from publishers on Medium. Followers of the publication will be sent newsletters of the latest and greatest content published on The Football Hub, meaning you can get your story directly into the inbox of potential readers and expand your audience.

The Rules.
Before submission, there are a few essential things you need to know. Make sure you read and understand each point, as by submitting an article to TFH, you are agreeing to comply with all of them.
- Medium’s Rules and Terms of Service apply to The Football Hub as it is a Medium publication. Make sure you read it before submitting your article.
- As explained in Medium’s Terms of Service, you own the rights to the content you create and post on Medium and therefore The Football Hub. You’re also responsible for the content you post. This means you assume all risks related to it, including someone else’s reliance on its accuracy, or claims relating to intellectual property or other legal rights.
- We might directly edit your content to correct basic spelling mistakes and update minimal formatting. Also, we might remove images where the source isn’t clearly stated. Copyright violation is a real thing and could happen to you. It is your responsibility to ensure you own or have a legal right to use, all content, images, and videos you include in your articles.
What can I write about?
Anything football. The idea is to have a regular flow of content covering a variety of topics from tactics, analysis, and data visualization, to match reports and even fantasy football. If the theme of the article is football, then it’s welcome here.
Obviously, the editors of The Football Hub will check your submission before approval. Make sure your article is well written and has a clear point. Make sure your content is original, effective and that it is in keeping with Medium Curation Guidelines.
If you use images or data make sure that you reference your sources. If you are displaying any code in your article, make sure you display it using the Medium code blocks or embed Github gists.
Finally, make good use of your tags.
