We enjoy it throughout the entire year, not just at the important holidays of Christmas and Easter. The cinnamon and pine make it a great choice for Christmas and the strange rabbit aftertaste goes well with any Easter meal. It’s actually good as a seasonal drink, too. There is a hint of dandelion flavor which complements spring and if you want to be reminded of autumn, just save some of the crunchy leaf-like sediment at the bottom of the bottle.
