From Operational Trap to Strategic Freedom: How One Coach Reclaimed Her Life
When Nada Jreissati found herself becoming an employee of her own coaching business, she knew something had to change. The founder of PragmaDoms was faced with a classic entrepreneurial dilemma: despite building a successful coaching practice, she had created a business entirely dependent on her presence.

This is the classic Hub and Spoke problem that plagues many service-based businesses.
