Are you struggling to find the time and focus to think about your business?

Do you feel like you’re constantly reacting to the demands of the day, rather than proactively driving your business forward?

It’s time to try “Reflecting Time”.

“Reflecting Time” is a structured process for setting aside dedicated time to think about your business, your goals, and your challenges.

By carving out space in your schedule to focus solely on reflecting, you can come up with creative solutions, identify new opportunities, and make better decisions.

Here’s how to create a “Reflecting Time” process that works for you:

1- Start by creating a list of questions that you want to think about. These could be anything from “Who is my target market?” to “Why aren’t my sales double what they are right now?” The key is to focus on a common thread or concern and let your thoughts wander.

2- Clear your calendar for 60 minutes, giving you enough time to think and evaluate your ideas.

3- Create a ritual around “Reflecting Time”. This could include finding a quiet, distraction-free space, using a special chair or pen, or setting a timer to keep you on track.
