I can already imagine that you have seen many different perspectives on ways to become a successful freelance writer. Some work, and some just go way over your head. It can feel overwhelming and confusing on where to even begin.
Here, I choose to show you 3 key things, as new angles for becoming a successful writer. Ways that I have come to embody within myself and found so much liberation from.
The way I have chosen to approach this is rather than seeking external tools to succeed, I wish to provide my point of success internally.
Key number 1.
Passion. Heart and passion. Do you have it? Do you feel your body light up when you go to write your blogs, articles or texts? Do you feel the fire within you burst into flames? No matter what it may be in life, everything holds energy. Even within the words that we type. You have got to feel the passion within your heart when you write. Otherwise, how will you set yourself aside from AI?
Key number 2.
Authenticity. Your authentic creative expression is what makes you stand out from the crowd. We walk this earth full of co-creators, although our inspiration may come from one another. We still each harbour a unique style. Getting to the root of what sets you apart from the rest of these amazing writers, will help you succeed in becoming a freelance writer. And to always remember this key, since it can feel easy to become pressured into moulding into what society deems as trendy.
Key number 3.
Belief. Do you believe in yourself? Do you believe that you can succeed? Do you believe that you have what it takes? If there is even an ounce of doubt or fear, I would love to invite you to search deeper within yourself and face that challenge head-on. A belief within one’s self goes beyond religious perspectives. Belief is self-esteem, confidence and being unapologetically you.
