Today, I realized how I typically eat corn on the cob, so I decided to try it the opposite direction — BIG MISTAKE.
Eating an ear of corn from right to left completely derailed my usual rhythm. While this may seem insignificant to some, I found it an insurmountable problem.

Harvesting kernels was problematic.
I couldn’t take bite after bite as normal, with three or four bites equaling a mouthful of corn. My teeth didn’t fit the ear in the same old way…
