It is with great anticipation that we welcome the opening of Restaurant Shik to Melbourne. Peter Jo has been known as ‘Kimchi Pete’ within the industry, so you can imagine how excited we are for him to open his first Korean restaurant.
Shik promises to be ‘a representation of Korean cuisine, inspired by authentic recipes, traditional techniques and culinary history.’ ‘
