Guilt Free Mid Week
Jack, Elliott and Jake have worked in some of Sydney’s finest bars, most recently Bulletin Place and This Must Be The Place.
They come with a passion for information sharing, education, research and expanding the overall level of understanding in the beverage industry.
There is a general consensus amongst the team that the execution of the non-alcoholic selection on beverage menus is something that could be given more consideration.
With this in mind, they have teamed up to share ideas, products and techniques; to put together a menu of non-alcoholic beverages — not lacking in flavour, texture or frivolity — to pair with a vegetarian menu that has been prepared by Bar Liberty’s Casey Wall.
Tickets are $70 and limited to 20 seats.
