They come together for an all star team that will inevitably create a best in class bar for not only Melbourne, but the world over. Whilst they search for a site, they have a schedule that would rival John Farnham’s ‘Last Time’ tour.

Grow Assembly ventured into Sydney for its first event outside of Melbourne. The theme of Change explored ideas from a team of hospitality legends from Neil Perry AM, Joanna Savill & Mitch Orr.
