Event: Worksmith Launch Party

I know what you are thinking, Worksmith is already open! You would be mostly correct, although we have not officially had a launch party to celebrate our opening, welcome our current members and thank the people that helped us along the way.

If you want to see our space, chat to our some of our members and have a few drinks with us, register here.

Event: P(OUR): Perfection 3 & 4 June

Want to learn from some of the best in the drinks world? The P(OUR) Symposium is back for 2018 at Le Palais de Tokyo in Paris.

This year P(OUR) explores Perfection. Tapping into every aspect of the word, they will examine the industry’s relationship with this powerful force, that so often consumes us.

Find tickets here.

Watch: Ugly Delicious

David Chang who is most famous for his restaurants under the Momofuku banner has taken Netflix food documentaries to a new level with the airing of Ugly Delicious a few weeks back.

Episode 1 is about the most democratic food in the world; Pizza. They venture to Italy to taste the tradtional Pizza Napoletana as well as relative newcomers Lucali (Brooklyn), Baest (Copenhagen) & Savoy (Tokyo).

Eat: Carlton Wine Room

The wave of wine focused venue openings has continued with the Carlton Wine Room.

Owners Travis Howe (Coda & Tonka) and Andy Joy (Marion) are no strangers to the Melbourne hospitality scene with long stints at some of the city’s top venues. Couple this with the legend that is JP Twomey (Cutler & Co, Cumulus et al) behind the pans, it is sure to play a big part in the revival of the Carlton dining scene.

Open Wednesday: 4pm to 11pm & Thursday to Monday: 12pm to 11pm

172–174 Faraday St, Carlton
