Our front line workers are perhaps our most valuable workers.

Who Are The Front Lines:

Healthcare, mental health, emergency response, child care, corrections, shelters, military, chaplaincy, security, maintenance, and food services are just a few essential services that depend on front line workers.

If you are a front line service provider or professional, The Front Lines wants to hear your insights, perspectives, and stories.

Whether you want to share unique first-hand experiences, advocate for support within your profession, discuss changes or concerns within your profession, provide more information about what you do, or provide advice to newer professionals in your field, The Front Lines is the publication for you.

Guidelines:

  1. Speak to your profession and/or field. Try to incorporate first-hand experience.
  2. If you include knowledge or statistics beyond your realm of expertise, or using ideas from someone else, provide sources.
  3. Be professional. Be blunt. Raise concerns and call for action, but do not bash an employer/ sector/ government.
