1. Make a place where 10M learners meet 100K teachers.
2. Make it fun, create a habit of learning at this place.
3. Make learning cycles short.
4. Measure learner results and make it transparent to teachers.
5. Reward teachers who lead to better results.
6. Figure out how to pay teachers.
7. Wait 10 years.
