6 items I would like to sell if I had an innovative HR shop
1. The Oxidesk

The Oxidesk keeps you healthy while working. There are other possibilities. You can stand behind your desk, you can walk behind your desk, or you can sit on a ball. I like this one most. It is unclear yet if this compensates for the unhealthiness of sitting.
2. The Thync mood influencer

Thync (“Shift your state of mind. Conquer more”) is developing an electronic mood influencer. Not available in the shop yet, but I would like to have it. On the picture an Emotive headset, most likely the Thync product will look like this.
3. The Wasabi Waiter

Knack (“Everyone has talent. We have a knack for finding it”) provides a nice little game, that can be used for the selection of new employees. No more boring tests. Read more in a recent article in Forbes.
4. Rocketboard

Rocketboard is a nice app that you can use to let your smartphone capture and share what you write on a whiteboard. Ideal for virtual teams to improve brainstorming. Nearly ready for the shop!
5. Crunchr

Crunchr is a suite of apps you can use to collect, consolidate and validate employee data from any source into meaningful insights in the areas of organization analytics, strategic workforce planning, succession management, talent management, employee preferences and rewards. It seems to be simple and helps the HR professional quickly to become more literate in HR analytics.
6. Zora, the robot

Zora is a robot. “And yes, I am a girl, but not just a girl….I am the first ‘humanoid’ robot in the world that is working directly with the people”. Zora can be used in schools, hospitals and residential care centers. We are now waiting for a version that is suitable for the boardroom.
