Introduction
Hello. Welcome to my blog. A little bit about me: my name is Jing He. I am a transfer student. I am a Junior and currently majoring in a school of management at the University at Buffalo. This blog will research the topic “Quality Education” in my future sustainability goal’s project. In the company recruitment, hire a person who has not received any education or higher education. There is no debate that the company chose a higher education because it is severe that we need smart and useful knowledge. People who are lack education, he doesn’t know how to communicate with others and how human resources hiring let him represent their company with others enterprise. Not everyone has the opportunity to get an education. Their many people were living in impoverished areas who do not have a chance to go to school. They are living and working in a low environment. As technology is becoming more advanced, if people do not have a good education, how do they compete in the technology age. We can see their lots of machines can replace human jobs. Having a good education can let people having decent work. They also worry about whether robots will replace their jobs. Then they need to keep their education better and higher.
I am interested in this topic because education is one of the essential things in the world. To explore by surrounding education research can be more beneficial to people understood having and studying knowledge is significant in the quantity of life. The future of quality education should relate to my career interest. Right now, I am a student, and I am having a good education in America. After graduation from college, I will also enter society to practice and work. I would like to know: do people worldwide have the right to choose a job? If not, why they had to do a job they didn’t like either?
People who want to have an education can benefit from this blog because it would be about listing how and why people should have higher education in the future. I already know about this topic are many people losing an opportunity to study when they are in childhood. Because of the lack of money or the need to work early to support a family without education. Then how can they get the right working environment for those who have not to receive any knowledge?
Some important questions I have about this topic that I like to answer through my research for this blog lists are:
1. What happens if people do not have any education during the quality of life? How will this influence themselves and their families?
2. Dose every job needs to be educational requirements?
3. How to let everyone have a chance to earn an education? Can we make it?
In conclusion, I am interested in those questions because this would be the doubt for me to explore higher education during the future workplace. At the same time, there are ensure that education never stops because we need teaching and studying knowledge.
