When we went into enterprise, a lot of people congratulated me on a successful pivot. What they don’t appreciate is: That was always anticipated.

Our demo day video — which is still on our Degreed homepages and marketing pages — reveals that yes we always intended this. Going into enterprise was part of that playbook.

Degreed | Demo Day — Sept 11, 2013

We pursued that with clarity and tenacity and it has added up to this.

How to Join Degreed LENS 2020

We’re so excited about the Degreed LENS event this year. Our keynotes this year will be Cynt Marshall and Simon Sinek who I expect will bring great value ahead of our breakout sessions with dozens of innovative learning and business leaders.

For a taste of past Degreed LENS highlights, check out Austin 2019: Nothing Artificial, 100% Intelligent, NYC 2018: The Business of Building Skills, or Chicago 2017: Welcome to the Expertise Economy.

We have an estimated 10,000 registrants from companies like Imperial Brands, V-Guard, Nestle, Capco, ADM, AngloAmerican, Clearlink, Booz Allen Hamilton, Airbnb, Unilever, Deloitte, Medallia, eBay, MasterCard, Bentley, Argo Group, Viventis, Capgemini, General Mills, New York Life, Purch, Harley-Davidson, Cisco, ATB Financial, Avera, CapitalOne, Koch, Tronc, Baptist Health South Florida, Citi, Marsh & McLennan Companies, and Xilinx, to name a few.

We’re getting started Wednesday, September 30.

“For years, HR and Learning has been seen as the “people-problem solvers,” and that’s why we are being called to solve the skill challenges once again. So what are you doing to get ready?”

Learn more about the event here, take a look at all our speakers, and get registered here.
