Launching in 2015, Prime Day is the Black Friday of summer. Amazon slashes prices across every department, giving users exceptionally low prices. Brands are maximizing their sales, too. Deals range from the entire sale event to just a few hours with products rotating in and out of the spotlight.

The sale is so big that Amazon actually crashed last year due to the amount of traffic. This year, they’re beefing up their capabilities to stay online for the duration.
