Additionally, it has an in-line C-level lock cylinder with anti-electromagnetic shielding. This way, it’s safe not only against general entry attempts but also mild hacking. Security detection features are also included to enhance protection. While it’s unclear whether the battery is rechargeable, it does come with a 6,250 mAh capacity.
Offers a display screen and HomeKit support
The smart lock features a full-color AMOLED display to show the status and other relevant information when needed. The device also features support for Apple’s HomeKit and the Mijia app.
Bluetooth connectivity and NFC reading are included as well. From what we can tell, it appears that Xiaomi puts plenty of nifty quality-of-life enhancements in its new lock, so there’s likely more we haven’t even seen yet.
