The Most Underrated Image Gen Just Got Better
Ideogram’s Quiet Rise In The AI Image Landscape
When the Ideogram Image model & platform was released last year, what caught my attention was that it solved a persistent problem faced by AI image generators.
It rendered coherent text inside images.
And that was cool, but the image quality and creative output felt a bit lackluster compared to other image-gen giants like Midjourney, DALLE, and Stable Diffusion XL. It seemed to be missing that spark or cinematic vibe.
That is until now.
Ideogram 1.0 has been officially released and it is really impressive.
Based on the Ideogram blog announcement:

Ironically, Ideogram has not been getting the same attention as the other powerhouse Image gens. Unless I’m in the wrong channels, I simply don’t see it being discussed much on social media or Reddit forums.
I’m guessing that’s all about to change.
