After reading many personal development books, watching or following personal growth seminar, you feel positive, Great! I know that because that’s how I feel every time I consumed Seth Godin or Marie Forleo content, always empowered and positive. However, the real lesson would take into action when we encountered challenge in our life. Especially, when everything fall apart, that’s the very moment that we can practice our knowledge after intellectualized a lot of resources — That’s our opportunity to STAY IN TACT.

I know that I begin by explaining how personal development lesson would be valuable when our life got challenged by hardship and turbulence, however turbulence is not only driven by difficulties. If we pay close attention into our emotion, a high-level of happy feeling could elicit us into imbalance as well. Actually, Elizabeth Gilbert described it more thoughtful in the interview at School of Greatness. Liz explained that we could dragged-up into (+) 10 when we’re at our golden moment and dragged-down into (-) 10, both are equally giving us an absolute (10) energy. That’s why we need to cultivate this awareness to stay in tact when we’re imbalance.

Why? Because otherwise, we wouldn’t gain the very essence of our learning process if we let our self flung to heaven due to excitement or dragged-down to the pit of hardship. Then, what’s the point of learning if we couldn’t reap the essence of it? How could we grow into our highest potential (which btw, the very leverage of learning) without owning our process of learning. I guess when difficulties rise up and time goes hard, it’s time for us to tighten-up our seat-belt and get focus on the “shore-line” to see how far we go and being grateful on what we have right now.

That, we could follow through and keep continuing our journey, one foot in front-of the other.

Thank you for reading, it means the world to me :)
