Mindfulness, the light word that often-times got shadowed

The ability to come back to reality — the antithesis of overthinking.

The way we communicate to ourself internally, inside our own mind matters. So every time those nagging feeling that full about whining and stuff, don’t dwell with it just listen to it and COME BACK to REALITY! Sometimes, the nagging feeling come to the surface just because a very normal inconvenient external condition that can be fixed or change.

Here’s an example:

The moment our air conditioning or fan got broken, the minute our temper got kicked-in and it’s just the matter of time that we’re going to be cranky or mad and then we know what happen later on.

While the fact:

We’re probably already had some problems that require our every capacity to think and make effort about it, however due to some slight of inconvenient we chose to to channel our energy to deal with those easy-button. Moreover, the fact is, almost every external inconvenient could be fixed if we see it as it is.

The fan could be fixed so it’s going to functioning again or we can change the place to work to be able to think clearly and get the supporting external convenience back and able to do our work.

Those facts somehow could be “shadowed” by our internal chattering-mind that polluted by our negative notion. So, the word “mindfulness” often-times sounds easy and a little bit “whoo-whoo”, however the impact of it in our every day life is profound.

So, if there’s one thing that every human being should take a practise or learn about since an infant-age, I vote for mindfulness. Because this state-of mind determined our life.
