Ulver is something of an anomaly. Founded and fronted by Kristoffer Rygg (a.k.a Garm), he has been the only consistent member throughout the band’s entire duration. They have had a very prolific, devious, and versatile career thus far. They’ve also had quite an impact on my music taste over the years, almost providing a foreshadowing of what I would later become interested in.
