The implications of AI-Driven Simulation

There are many differences between Simulation Creationism and human-made AI. God’s Simulation provides a framework, where our souls come alive (2 Timothy 1:7). Furthermore, human thinking is subject to natality and mortality: something has to arise or have a birth, and it also has to fade away or die. It is a distinctive feature we experience in The Simulation, different from any machine. Our bodies are finite in time, and our souls act according to experience (Job 12:12). Emotional attachment is the vehicle of linguistic acquisition and sustained rational practice, influenced by God’s love (Deuteronomy 31:6). AI has nothing of that; it cannot even simulate it. Human rationality operates only in a context of cooperation, conformity, and social trust (1 John 4:18). Human abstractive reason presupposes a background of bodily skills (Exodus 35:31). Consciousness is often expressed not as “I think”, but as “I can”. We also see the connection between distinctively human cognition and mortality through relevance and authenticity. We cannot replicate relevancy in such a dimension like The Simulation does.
