Raghav was our neighbor in our small town. He wasn’t rich. He didn’t own much. But those who knew him would say, “He’s the healthiest man around, and the happiest too.”
Raghav was 84, with a sharp mind and a steady step. Every morning, he woke up before the sun, tied his old sneakers, and went for a walk through the village paths. He’d stop to smile at children, pluck wildflowers for his wife, and chat with the vegetable vendor about the weather and the news.

What stood out about Raghav wasn’t his age or his routine. It was how lightly he lived. He never overate, but never skipped a good meal either. He had no belly to boast, but a full heart to share. He had no complaints, but a hundred stories.
