What causes dementia? Too many things.

Along with the usual suspects in food (cheese, beef, cookies, soda, french fries, butter), there are the other candidates — some surprising (Benedryl, being female, the age of the first menstrual cycle, age of menopause) and some less so (picking your nose, head injuries, loneliness, cardiovascular disease, and air pollution.)
