The problem with writers like you and me is that we don’t write to sell. I’m really happy I have discovered my problem with content writing earnings. Recently, I stopped focusing on earning anything with my articles and e-books. Instead, I chose to study and reflect on what is holding me back from earning what I think I deserve through my well-crafted written pieces.
Ashamed to sell
I was ashamed to sell, and I don’t know the reason why. I just had this deep-rooted shame of selling. I don’t know, maybe it felt like pushing others to do something which is something I don’t like. I don’t like it when someone tries to sell me something, although I buy things easily but most of the time as a result of my own choice not their persuasion.
