‘The Text Files’, a poster Rob Cordiner made for us when we opened our shop.

‘I myself find that I trust my own writing most, and others seem to trust it most, too, when I sound most like a person from Indianapolis, which is what I am.’ —Kurt Vonnegut

It is hard enough to be real when you’re writing as yourself, let alone writing as a brand. And figuring out a brand’s voice and tone is pretty hard. And once you’ve figured it out, you have to document it so that we copywriters and noble content miners can reproduce it in a believable way.

How, though? Our own Penny Modra is giving a talk about these things at the Content Melbourne July meet-up. Come and say hello!

It’s happening from 6pm to 7.30pm on Tuesday 31 July at General Assembly, Level 12a, 45 William Street, Melbourne. Spots are free but you have to RSVP here.
