  • Use this to keep track of weekly conversations (you won’t remember everything). Make one for each individual or group you meet with for discipleship.
  • Write what you talked about: what Jesus did during the meeting, prayer requests, any “assignment” given, their “I will…” statements, etc.
  • Use these weekly records to ask Jesus what his long-term vision for that person is and how you can help them succeed. Write it down.
