“In Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.” (Galatians 5:6 NIV)

Our merits do not have value in the Kingdom of God.

To think otherwise would be to elevate our good deeds onto the same playing field as the cross, which would be pure folly.

God isn’t looking for merits, and thank God for it.

God is looking for one thing: faith expressing itself through love.

God is looking for surrendered souls, not polished people.

Where do you stand today?

Are you surrendered to the Lord?

Or are you still trying to fight for a spot in His courts?

“For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.” (Matthew 16:25 ESV)
