Laila Ali is Strong to Speak about her Father
Sometimes we are a lot stronger than we think. The way we think we will be when the Lord takes a loved one is not always how we turn out to be. God gives us strength. People take things different ways. I think Laila Ali was very strong to appear on television and speak about her father. That does not mean that she doesn’t hurt. We get better as we go along in life, but some of us never really get over a loved one passing away. Especially if we are very close to them. Ten or fifteen years may go by. It’s still possible to feel hurt over a loved one that has gone on as if they have just recently left you.
God does not take everything away from us. A part of a loved one that has ceased can still remain in spirit. Some of us have the gift to see and speak to them in dreams. Some of us have the gift to feel them. Some of us have the gift to see them in visions maybe. People have different experiences about things. Most of the time when we go through something, somebody else has already been through the same thing. Thank God for those that are still here with us that understand. Those are the people you can talk to. We all have to leave one day. I think Laila was prepared, and she knew her father would someday go to his heavenly home. That is why she appears to be so strong. If we live the way we are suppose to live here on earth, we will be with our loved ones in heaven soon one day.
