  • Tell us about your company’s Great Climate Race team

“We have supporters right across Canada participating in the race. People who really care about the climate, who care about climate policy, and who care about the state of the world. I think we’ve got a pretty active readership as well, which makes this a perfect combination.”

  • Why the Great Climate Race?

“We’re supporting the Great Climate race because I believe in the work Ben West does. After watching his work over the years he’s someone I admire a lot. When you think about the struggle many people have when it comes to the climate change issue… ‘what can we do, what can we really do to make a difference?’… this event answers that quandary because it’s such a concrete thing we can do.”

  • Why should someone join your team?

“I’d say we’re a very inclusive organization, and we’d welcome you to join; and hope you will.”

  • Do you have a message for other teams?

“I will resist my impulse to get really super-competitive… and instead say; it will really fun to run with everybody.”

  • Anything else you want to say?

“We all need to be energized by each other, so everybody should come out to participate. It’ll keep us all running for a long time”
