The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania unanimously ruled against Chestnut Hill College on April 7 in its appeal of an ongoing discrimination lawsuit filed by a former student, finding that the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission has jurisdiction over the school.
In response to an article in February edition, it should be clarified that the “Restorative Justice” minor is an interdisciplinary course of study that focuses on the restoration of the harm done to the victims of crimes. The Griffin regrets any confusion in the original story.
