Our Mid-Year Review

THANK YOU. It’s been such an incredible year and a half building STRTGST. Since the birth of the first event — Culture Of: Sneakers — I’ve been in awe of the community’s palpable energy, engagement, and vulnerability at every event.

The journey of a strategist can be very lonely, with lots of thoughts swirling around our heads. STRTGST exists to support your journey through growth, self-doubt, and transitions while feeding your curiosity along the way. I’ve always loved meeting strategists (because y’all are so cool and interesting af!) and meeting guests at events is truly my favorite thing. So, thank you for opening up to us and being part of this community. We think of each event as a gift and we hope they mean as much to you as they do to us.

I’m incredibly grateful to have Darien and Lindsey join the team this year ❤ They are two of the smartest, most interesting, fun, dedicated, lovable and generous people I’ve met. I am so honored to have this dream team and I can’t thank them enough for their support on STRTGST ❤

Do you remember the summer of 2017? (DAMN TIME FLIES 😲) Before I started STRTGST, I sent a survey to a group of strategists to gauge what kind of events you thinkers would want. And, now that our community has grown to over 1000 people, we need to hear from you again. We want to dig deeper, understand what you’re going through as a strategist–and as a human–and create more offerings for you. We want to build this community for you and with you.
