grace and fortitude
the right words at the right time
from the right person

I received the text from my wife at the beginning of what was going a fourteen hours plus day at work.
“Thinking about you and your very long day. Please attack it with grace and fortitude.”
From there, the haiku wrote itself.
Armed with that as mantra for the day, I proceeded to have one of the most productive days I can remember at work. It’s amazing what the support of a loving partner can do for you.
