dozens of urgent new tasks

Some Mondays are better than others… which means that some Mondays are worse than others. Yesterday’s iteration of Monday more resembled the latter than the former which is why my noonish check in with my wife via text included the last three words of this haiku.

P.S. Yes, my day got better. Strangely enough, that happened soon after I took a moment to write this haiku.
