The Doll-Head Planter

Give a beloved old doll [-head wine glass?] new life as a plant holder: Cut off its hair and the top of its head, then fill with dirt and plants, embed it in a bigger pot or planter, and enjoy. Song of India dracaenas are hardy and would make for nice “hair.”

Has Yawning Been Solved?

Yawning, the human function that has mystified us for centuries, may have met its match: Evidence is mounting that the purpose of a yawn is to cool the brain. (For instance, people with icepacks on their heads don’t yawn at yawning videos as much people without them. Also, ha.) Yawn y’own, yawning.
