The Road to Hell Is Paved with KFC

So, apparently Michael Jackson, Elizabeth Taylor, and Marlon Brando all went on an ill-conceived road trip in an effort to escape New York after 9/11. There are so many bizarre details in this story that I don’t even know where to start, but here we go:

“A former employee of Michael Jackson’s says that Michael, like General Washington, led his entourage to a temporary safe haven in New Jersey, before the three superstars took to the open road… Brando allegedly annoyed his traveling companions by insisting on stopping at nearly every KFC and Burger King they passed along the highway.”

General Washington, indeed! Also, it’s entirely possible that this road trip never actually happened, but I think it’s best to pretend it did, and to imagine what it would have been like to pull up alongside their car at a stoplight.
