To The Mama Who Wants to work;

Before we go very much further in this publishing journey, I want to address an important underlying distinction to be sure no mamas wrongfully get offended or feel judged here.

With all of this talk about staying home with your new baby and how to create a lifestyle that allows for that comfortably and successfully; I can see where the mama who wants to work may take a step back.

The HAP Method is about supporting mama’s to find what works best for their family, and each and every mama will have a unique set of circumstances and considerations that will shape and guide her decisions. We believe in eliminating societal pressure to do something that isn’t true for the individual mama; for some that means feeling obligated to stay-home, and for others it’s the financial demand of having to return to work.

I know, love, and work closely with dozens of mamas who choose to return to work when their babies are young because that’s the best dynamic for their situation. For some mamas, they enjoy being able to retain their independence and role in their profession; and by living that life: they are better mamas for it. The HAP Method is about empowering and enabling mothers to be free to be the mother they want to be; whatever that looks like.

There is no right or wrong, should or shouldn’t, better or worse, true or not true.

The HAP Mama’s Journey is for any mama who strives to live more authentically in their parenting and removing the barrier of financial hardship in order to do so.
