Emotions are just as important as our physical health
Emotional and mental health is so vitally important to take care of. How is this? Well wouldn’t it make sense to take care of your brain as for it’s the organ in the human body that keeps the human body functioning properly?
Without the brain, we wouldn’t exist, so it makes enough sense to take care of the thing that basically keeps us alive. Without it, well to just end off here, we should just take care of it and be grateful for our health and all that we have access to with taking care of our emotional and mental health.

Art plays a big role in that.
I think that art can bring out alive in motion so you can just like paint a picture and all of that will be on the paper. And then if you share that with people they will kinda understand the story.
It’s you who as the ability to forgive and to forget. It just depends on you.
Aim high and if you make it, than at better than you could’ve expected. If you miss it, then your still doing good.
There’s always a bright side to everything. Just like on a coin. There’s always a head and a tail. One of those sides is your lucky side. You just have to pick the lucky side.

Mental illness & Creativity
I sincerely love how creativity and mental health link together in their own amazing ways. Expressing onself through art in mental illness recovery as a tool is such a great way to heal. I for one am a huge fan of creativity and intend to use creativity in as much of my everyday lifestyle in my routine.
If you think logically, your gonna lose the creative arts. – Topanga Mathews – and so logical thinking may be good and crucially important in life but using that kind of thinking doesn’t solve all the world’s problems.
As Albert Einstein quoted: “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” So I believe that we should put creativity into our daily yet busy lives to contribute in solving more problems and more success than logical ever has.

You may be wondering if there’s a gym where you can work out your brain?
Well other than luminosity and going to school to improve and update your educational skills and knowledge, there’s basically therapists, psychologists, doctors, mental health professionals, and any other professionals in the mental health/psychology field!

If you ain’t finding love, but you’re still not giving up! Can I be a witness? If you’re down and out but you still wanna live it up. Can I get a witness? And if the weight of the world is on your now but you know you can turn it all around again! Can I be a witness?
To me, anything is worthwhile of all it’s hard work, progress, commitment, patience, time and all else to achieve anything we want to in our own life. It’s our life and its within our own control to live a life worth living and a life of our own on our own terms!

We do not have control over what happens to us in our own individual lives but we can choose how those events impact us. How we choose to let those events change us. The mistake you make, its when your able to learn from them and how you choose to bounce back!
Overall, it’s your choice! Make wise choices from now till the very end! You deserve to treat yourself including your brain better than you ever have including how others treat themselves and you also!

Happiness is something that we all need to protect no matter what the circumstances or situations you are put in. If you want to be happy and live a happy life, you gotta protect your happiness and stop putting the key to your own happiness in the wrong pockets that aren’t your own.
It’s your life, don’t let anyone control or demand how you get to live your life. That’s not their responsibility nor in their control. You want to live a life of your own, on your own terms; you gotta take control of it with your own control and make a happy life! Because you deserve everything in which society has given you overtime.

It’s the fear that can stop us from achieving anything we want to achieve. It’s the power we have particularly over stress that can help and contribute to lessening the power of fear.
If you want to live a fearless but rather more a happy life, you are the only one who can make that first step towards a healthier and happier life!

So ask yourself, “do you want to live a happy life badly enough that you’ll do whatever you have to do to earn it?”
If so, then you know what you gotta do!!!
