What 3 good things have happened recently?
- Healed greatly in recovery with all events and moments as well as not only depressive episodes and relapse but also the traumatic events too!
- Gratefulness for recovery success and process and doing it all in my own without my own parents support!
- Staying strong with future milestones and more with both my mental health, rewards, career, advocacy, passion and purpose!
