When it comes to therapy, music is one is one that is free. Though if you prefer Spotify or Apple Music, it involves a premium membership that charges you every month. Though for me, I use Spotify to listen to all the music I do, very little do I listen to music I’ve already downloaded and bought on iTunes and online.

Music is something that is truly healing and supportive in a way that no one else can get!

Then there’s other kinds of therapy that can help heal our wounds more particularly our mental ones. The things and events in our lives that we label as traumatic, painful and even unbearable!

It’s a way of feeling like we aren’t alone, which comes with music a lot. Other ways is art to help express our emotions, feelings and anything we are thinking which also includes the events of our lives that have impacted us dramatically.

Music is a way of expressing ourselves creativity. It’s expressing ourselves by giving others a voice when they’ve lost theirs. Other times when music helps other connect and relate to other people’s experiences that that they’ve expressed in music.

Lately in the past 2 years or so, singers, bands and celebrities have been creating their own music that so many of us can easily relate to enough and feel like we aren’t alone in anything!

Music is a kind of therapy that many people use at least once or more a day to heal and just take some time to calm their emotions or in any way or purpose.

Music is truly an empowering and yet powerful kind of thing that we have in our world. It’s time we continue doing so and creating our lives through art!

Music in its own and authentic form does many great things when you believe and allow it to have its own impacts on you in your life!
