Just think for a moment about your life goals and where you are in life right now. Are we happy? It is easy to fall into a routine and get used to it. In fact, that is what many people even wish for. If we are comfortable with the existing way of life, why should we risk something which we are not even sure about, is a question every person would ask. Yet getting settled down or having that sense of comfort is an indication of stagnation.

Many productivity experts in fact state that the more we push ourselves out of the comfort zone, we put ourselves into the spotlight. This is the zone where the magic happens.

We might think what we do right now is what we are actually best at. We never know about our capabilities. However, extending our horizon will expose us to new opportunities that we never knew existed.

The zone where magic happens.

We never know what treasure is waiting for us out there unless we try. In Paulo Coelho’s The Alchemist, the hero a shepherd boy travels from his homeland in Spain to the Egyptian desert in search of a treasure buried in the Pyramids. No one knows what the treasure is, or if he will be able to surmount the obstacles along the way. Yet what starts out as a journey to find worldly goods turns into a discovery of the treasure found within. The journey was not futile because he came across a number of situations that forced him to make life changing decisions. This journey made him accustomed to the struggles of everyday life and helped make confident decisions.

Being with a sense of constant uncertainty can be daunting. Yet that is the only way to learn more and explore that will provide us with a compelling and satisfying life. The process might be disheartening, yet you will love the result. Our response to uncertainties show our inner strength and makes way for personal growth.

Advancing through the existing and comfortable life might seem to make you happy but you might die with the fear of not having discovered your capabilities completely. What if we had tried out that startup and had become a millionaire. Maybe your interest in photography could be more than just a pass time. We never know until we try it out. There can only be one of the two results. We might either will win or lose. Winning is sweet but failure is essential for your next victory. We have not dreamed right if people have not laughed at them.

As quoted by Mahatria Ra.

From the king to the pauper everybody has only 24 hours in a day and 168 hours in a week. Unless we get the best out of our time we cannot get the best out of our life. That on which you invest your time grows. That which starve of your time shrinks. Where your time goes there your future comes.
