6 Steps To Manifesting Your Desires
You can overcome limiting beliefs to live your dream life.
As a Mindset Expert and Advanced PSYCH-K® Practitioner, I help people create the life they want by rewiring and rewriting over the limiting, sabotaging beliefs in their subconscious minds that keep them stuck.
After we rewire and reprogram, I give them a strategy and a framework to manifest their dream life.
So what is this manifestation stuff anyway?
Manifestation, as defined by the Oxford Dictionary is: “An event, action, or object that clearly shows or embodies something, especially a theory or an abstract idea” or “The action or fact of showing an abstract idea.”
Most of my clients come to me with a scarcity mindset.
The top “want” I see is a desire for financial freedom; these clients tend to have pre-programmed limiting thoughts about money and therefore get stuck in a cycle of lack.
The second biggest “want” is to find their soulmate, but because of old patterns and beliefs, they don’t attract partners that create intimacy and joy.
After rewiring/reprogramming their beliefs using PSYCH-K®, they have a “clean slate” to begin manifesting.
There are certain universal laws that must be taken into account. Most people don’t recognize that they are creating their reality with their thoughts.
Some people think that manifestation and the Law of Attraction is New Age, but it’s really old school. You can find evidence of it in the Bible over and over again in verses such as Proverbs 23:7: “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.”
Meditation and visualization, which are key components to manifesting, are taught in many places throughout Scripture (Joshua 1:8, Psalm 1:2, Psalm 119:148) and have been validated by neuroscience and metaphysics.
Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character.
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.

Below are six steps to manifesting financial abundance and/or love (or anything else you want….perhaps that cherry red Porsche!):
Step 1: Examine
Really take a deep look at what you think about money, love, or whatever else you are wanting to manifest and how you currently feel about it.
Step 2: Clear the Resistance
If you have limiting beliefs (e.g. I’m never going to make that much money, I’ll never find the love of my life, etc.) then you need to use PSYCH-K® to rewrite over that limiting belief and clear a path for a new belief to be downloaded.
*This step is critical to clear the resistance. In 2 Corinthians 10:5, it clearly says: “…take every thought captive.”
Step 3: Become a Deliberate Creator
When you get really clear on what you want, create an emotionally driven statement of intent and desire. I use, “I want, intend, expect, and allow ‘x’.”
It could be anything from a new house, car, healing from a health concern, a lover, you name it.
One of my key findings is that if you don’t do the pre-work or examine your heart and feelings, this is the step where you’ll get tripped up and the manifestation won’t come to fruition because there’s still that limiting belief.
The golden rule is, if you don’t or can’t feel it, like really FEEL it, it won’t happen. Period.
Step 4: Visualize, Intend and Expect
If you can IMAGINE it, it can and will become your vibration and you will attract it. Good or bad.
Your thoughts have a boomerang effect. That’s why it’s critical that you watch your thoughts and feelings. While visualizing, you MUST create an emotional response about what you’re wanting. Go deep with this step, emotionalize how you feel when you have “x”.
Step 5: Allow and Trust
You’ll begin to notice that cherry red Porsche is everywhere, or that opportunities are coming your way out of the blue (not really, but people like to think that!) and money is suddenly flowing to you or that you are attracting potential lovers.
Step 6: Raise Your Vibration
Whatever you give your thoughts to with strong emotion, you’ll manifest it. So choose to look for things that bring you happiness and joy…the smell of fresh-cut grass, the laughter of children, cookies coming out of the oven….you get my point.
Stay in a place of gratitude for what’s to come.
Lastly, as the Good Book says in multiple places (Matthew 7:7, Luke 11:9):
“Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh, findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”
