I come from a long line of worriers — my paternal grandmother and grandfather, my maternal grandfather, and my father. Worriers. Mostly, we worry about the future, even the future five minutes from now.

Humans indulge in worry. Even though we know, worry and anxiety are not good for us mentally or physically.
