We’ve just got back from our latest startup retreat in Tamil Nadu, India. It was 7 days of learning, sharing and connecting with 20 changemakers from around the world – and an experience none of us will ever forget. There were conference hijacks, heartfelt stories on the beach, Bollywood dancing and lots lots more.
But more than anything Ashram gave us a glimpse into the future of work which I’ve distilled into 8 key learnings.
