And this is no time to get deeper into the red by firing up the Uber Eats app. No, this situation requires smarts rather than your smartphone. Well, help is at hand, thanks to traditional, inexpensive, nourishing and delicious pasta-based Italian peasant food. Move over, sad little pots of instant ramen: it’s time to mangiare.
