Boss will be Boss
In Indian market everybody looks for discount and hence it is a part of negotiation game. Here is part-I of the Corporate Humour series. A conversation between boss and his employee during lockdown due to Covid19:
Employee: Boss, the market is down, and sales are really low. Can we offer some discounts to lure the customers? Need your advice.
Boss: Let me answer the question by asking you this, what will you do if you were in my place?
Employee: I would shut the company down.
Boss: Okay, give discounts and there will be 50% salary cut of all the employees because of your brilliant idea. 😂

A few moments later…
Boss: You are fired, my friend!
He: Why?
Boss: The company’s and your vision are finally aligned!
*Boss will be boss, and employee will be employee!!! :P*
