A 2500 mile drive across the USA with BDOB.

I’ve driven from Ohio to California many times, and vise versa. I’ve taken several different routes by both car and bus — one time by bus, awful.

I can say in sincere honesty that no state I’ve driven through is void of beauty. They all have their charms; starting with the state of my birth, Ohio.

Ohio, although considered a midwestern state, is actually only 6 hours from New York City. It’s, I suppose, as about as east as you can be in the Midwest. The beauty in Ohio is diverse. Her eastern parts full of rolling hills and autumn foliage rivaling any state. — Suck it Vermont!

Hocking Hills, Ohio

As you drive west into Indiana and Illinois you stay in the greenery and beauty of many Midwest states. Then, St. Louis, Missouri — The Gateway to the west.

You feel a sense of accomplishment; as you cross the great….um….gate thingy..

The coolest thing about St. Louis is the convergence of the great Mississippi…
