Hurricane Milton: The Worst Milton Ever?

Historically, Miltons have caused untold chaos, but is Hurricane Milton the worst Milton of all the Miltons?

With a major hurricane bearing down on the already weather-beaten Florida coast, officials have warned residents to get out of the storm’s path or face the wrath of Milton.

Milton follows Hurricane Helene, which left much of the Carolinas in ruin. Historic flooding, death, and destruction have already ravaged Florida, and one wonders if this storm will wipe the Sunshine State off the face of the earth.

With Milton’s fury only days away, it’s only prudent to go back in history and see if any more Miltons caused as much chaos as this tempest is expected to bring forth.

Uncle Miltie, as he was more commonly known, was an American actor and radio personality who delighted fans for decades.

Milton popularized the drag show movement, appearing in full drag for the 1984 music video for the song “Round and Round” by rock group Ratt. Of course, this does not put him in the “Worst Milton Ever” category, but for conservatives who protest drag queen story hours, Milton Berle is one of history’s greatest monsters.
